Our team can do it all from move-in to move out ensuring a smooth process with constant communication between contractors to stay on track. Our professional maintenance staff is on call 24 hours for most emergency services, and our office can be reached directly by phone 6 days a week for any questions you may have!

The owner, Vince Larney, began Equity Management in the early 1990s while simultaneously running his first business, Consumer Car Company. After over 30 years in business, he has created an impressive portfolio serving many areas throughout Trumbull and Mahoning Counties. Vince operates his business with three principles in mind at all times: respect, honor, and integrity. And as our Equity Management family keeps growing, we will ensure to keep these values intact.
